Dhandho Funds LLC, dba Pabrai Wagons Advisors, is an investment management firm founded by Mohnish Pabrai. We apply core investing principles to invest in high-quality businesses led by high-quality people. Our mission is to help our investors compound their capital at high rates of return. To do this, we offer a small number of funds with the discipline to “circle the wagons” around exceptional compounding engines that we are comfortable owning for a very long time. As of September 30, 2025, Mohnish Pabrai manages approx. $900 million in private partnership and mutual fund (the Pabrai Wagons Fund) assets through Pabrai Wagons Advisors and its affiliated advisor, Dalal Street LLC.
